Key Responsibilities
- Investigate vehicle damage reports through phone calls, emails, and onsite assessments.
- Verify and assess vehicle damages, determine liability, and estimate repair costs.
- Manage accident cases from reporting through resolution, ensuring timely follow-up and documentation.
- Coordinate vehicle recovery and operational support during breakdowns or accident situations.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, investigations, and case outcomes.
- Liaise with customers professionally while enforcing company policies and community standards.
- Identify suspicious activities and potential fraudulent claims through detailed investigations.
- Support fleet quality initiatives by ensuring damaged vehicles are addressed promptly.
- Perform additional duties assigned by supervisors to support operational requirements.
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and web-based systems.
- Possesses a sharp attention to detail and the ability to detect inaccuracies, unusual patterns, and fraudulent claims.
- Comfortable handling investigations, enforcement-related duties, and conflict resolution.
- Able to exercise professionalism, empathy, and sound judgment when managing sensitive situations.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases effectively.
- Prior experience in enforcement, collections, investigations, claims handling, compliance, or related fields is highly advantageous.
- Possession of a Class 3 or Class 2B (or higher) driving licence will be a plus
- Background in automotive, insurance, fleet management, or customer dispute resolution is beneficial
